Monday, June 24th our office transitioned to a new Electronic Health Records system. If you have an appointment or are trying to get through on our phone lines, PLEASE BE PATIENT with our team, as wait times may be longer.
Moving forward we will be asking for your child’s insurance card and your driver’s license. We will also ask you for information you may have provided us with in the past and to sign updated authorizations required for our office.

We are proud to announce the ability to schedule same day sick visit appointments online Monday-Friday.
Please read the criteria below to ensure a successful appointment.
- The text confirmation code will only go to the primary phone number listed on your child’s account. If your number is not the primary number listed on the account, you will need to acquire the confirmation code from the individual who is listed as the primary phone number. Your appointment will not be saved without entering the confirmation code.
- Sick appointments are available for booking Monday–Friday.
- Morning appointments open at 5:00am and close at 8:30am when our nurse triage line opens.
- Siblings should be booked in consecutive 15 min slots to ensure both children are seen by the same physician simultaneously.
- Same day sick appointments open at 8:30am and close at 4:00pm or when we are out of appointments for the day.
- Morning appointments open at 5:00am and close at 8:30am when our nurse triage line opens.
- These appointments are for symptoms that began at least 24 hours ago but no more than 5 days and include symptoms such as one or more of the following: cough, nasal congestion, sore throat, ear pain, eye discharge or urinary discomfort.
- These visits are not conducive for behavior health or medical concerns present for greater than 5 days. If booked, these appointments will be rescheduled.
- Cancelation Policy
- A “no call, no show” will be assessed if more than one time slot is booked for the same patient OR if you do not come to your appointment.
- A minimum of 2 hours must be given to cancel an appointment. An appointment canceled less than 2 hours in advance will result in a “late cancelation”.
Our nurse triage line will continue to open each morning at 8:30am for triage advice and sick visit scheduling when necessary. If there are no online appointments available, please call to speak to a triage nurse who will be able to assist you.
